This exit has state signs to follow 5 miles to the property entrance.

From Winchester, go LEFT off ramp to the stop sign on Rt. 55 (AKA Grove Lane). Turn left towards DELAPLANE away from MARSHALL.

From D.C., go RIGHT off ramp to the stop sign on Rt. 55 (AKA Grove Lane). Turn left towards DELAPLANE away from MARSHALL.

Travel approx. one mile to left on Ramey Road (turn under the 66 overpass).

Clock 3.2 miles down Ramey Road.

Right onto Moreland Road (gravel).

Go .4 mile to second farm on left.

Turn onto our private road, Long Fall Lane.

Follow signs 3/4 mile back across creek.
